A program for Beginners (ages 4-7)

Experience first-class gymnastics fun in our State of the Art gymnastics facility with all of the bells and whistles.

This beginning program will become the highlight of your child's week.

Accelerated learning in:

Rolling & cartwheels, foot position and balanced walking, air awareness/trampoline safety,

upper body development, cognitive thinking, social interaction and team building, as well as numerous fundamental gymnastics basics.

Daring Dingos:

A program for Beginners (Ages 4-7)

A program for Intermediate Gymnasts

This Level can also be used as a beginner class for children 8 & older. Excellent for thegymnast who is beginning

to show signs of gymnastics ability.

Accelerated learning in:

Twisting while rolling & Round-Offs, Leaps and jumps on beam, body bounces and Trampoline

agility, swinging with style on bars, goal setting, Team building and routine development, as

well as numberous next-step gymnastics .

A program for Advanced Gymnasts

Gymnastics skills made easy by a well defined progression of exercise. A student graduating this level at EDGE will have recognizable ability to perform at the beginning competitive level if desired:

Accelerated learning in:

Beginning back handsprings, kipping and casting, saltos and more on trampoline, big sill beam

(mounts and dismounts), plyomertric training, character development

CLASS SCHEDULE

Crazy Coyotes:

A program for Advanced Beginners.

This level can be used as a beginner class for boys 8 & older. Excellent for the gymnast who is beginning to show signs of gymnastics ability.

Accelerated learning in:

ring routines, parallel bar preparedness, body bounces and trampoline agility, swinging with style on the high bar, pommel horse practice, vaulting and routine development, as well as

next-step gymnastics skills.

Why do Gymnastics?

FUN -

Gymnastics classes are fun and exciting! At EDGE Gymnastics we work hard to provide an exciting lesson plan that incorporates the finest knowledge in gymnastics training available with innovative ideas to add additional fun to each class. We have exciting themes, creative curriculum, and a few special surprises that are so awesome you will have to come and see them to believe them!

DEVELOPMENT -

Gymnastics classes should be based on fundamental principles that address the developmental needs of each child. More than 20 years of coaching experience was used to carefully craft a program that would lead your child to the cutting edge of gymnastics development. Each skill was carefully broken down into appropriate learning stages and those steps were refined and tested to produce the fastest learning curve. Our one-of-a-kind program has produced award winning gymnasts as well as numberous star athletes in many other sports that has been attributed to their involvement in our gymnastics programs.

Annual registration fee: $42.50 per child

or $75.00 per family
